User Research and Design Case Study
For the RMA process, we executed a comprehensive end-to-end UX project, starting with user research and culminating in the iterative delivery of design assets for development. Our process included generative and evaluative research, multiple observation and interview techniques, design thinking workshops, journey mapping, tree testing, and usability testing.
